- What is the affected Platform>? Is it Android device?
- Could you confirm if the Microsoft Intune is the app that is used to enroll the corporate device?

- Could you get a screen shot of the device compliance in the endpoint dashboard of the affected device? (Note: please hide any privacy information before we uploading the screenshot)
