When I try to add a comment on some other specific area of the text in Word, the system reactivates the first comment and just allows modifying this one. How do I add several comments in the same document? Thank you.

The requirement to post comments has been introduced with co-authoring in mind. A person with whom you are sharing the document won't be able to see the comment until you have actively chosen to post it.

You can post feedback on the new comment design via File > Feedback.

You have to post the comment by pressing Ctrl+Enter, before you can add additional ones.

Only one comment can be "open for editing" at a given time.

    So strange.

    Thank you, Stefan.
