How do I split a table in Word 365? All the online instructions and tutorials say to place the cursor in the cell, then go to table, then layout, then select split table. When I do that, there is no "Split Table" option.

How do I split the table?

With the cursor in the table at the desired split point, does CTRL+Shift+Enter not work?

Greg, not in Word Online. Column breaks (Ctrl+Shift+Enter) are not supported in the online version.

In Word on the web (the browser version), Split Table does not appear to be available.

In Word on the web, you can send feedback to Microsoft via Help > Feedback.

Which version of Word are you running?

In the full version running on a PC, you should see the Split Table command in the Merge group on the (Table) Layout tab.
