Hello please help me!!!

Every time i open PP its in read-only mode. There is no yellow bar that provides option for "enable editing" function. I already check the properties and the read-only box is unchecked. I already uninstall reinstall office, repair online, sign out and sign in back again but nothing works. HELPPPPP

    Hi, Alina.

Have you tried turning off Protected View?

    1. Open Powerpoint and go to File > Options
    2. Access the Trust Center and click Trust Center Settings
    3. Go to the Protected View section and disable all options there and click OK.

If the problem persists, give me more information:

    1. Does this happen with every file you try to open in PPT or just one?
    2. Did you create this file or are you trying to open a file you received?

Foremost, thank you for your response Hillary.

However, the problem persists, it happens specifically with the PP files that I uploaded to OneDrive. In my OneDrive, the file is uploaded already but when I opened from OneDrive the AutoSave is not on and it is on Read-Only mode as the picture below:

    Further information:

    1. Every files
    2. Both the files I created and the ones I downloaded from internet.
