I just subscribed Microsoft 365 Business Professional From GoDaddy but I can not access Microsoft 365 Admin center, when I try to enter admin.microsoft.com

it redirected to GoDaddy's page.

I have asked to GoDaddy by e-mail but didn't receive any reply, I also have e-mail subscriptions and they all working,

additionaly GoDaddy only authorize following named advanced admin centers seperately;

Exchange

Teams

SharePoint

I would be very grateful if you could help.

    Hey guys,

Hope you are doing good today!

    Can you please try this.

1.Login to your GoDaddy account, once you are inside the Office portal, open a new tab.

2.Paste the following admin center URLs in the address bar:

    https://admin.exchange.microsoft.com/#/ - Exchange Admin Center

https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/dashboard - Teams Admin Center (insert your SP admin center URL here)- SP Admin Center

I can verify that I was able to go to EAC but the latter two you can just try it out. I was able to access EAC unless otherwise GoDaddy is having a technical glitch with their redirects and I just got lucky :). Also, this will return an error 404, when you click on the return button to the main admin center.

Image Btw, this works too with Azure AD, in case you need to manage user accounts and licenses. I would bet it works too with Security and Compliance Admin center. Hope this helps!

    Hi Levent,

We have the same issue, GoDaddy is saying that it's just not accessible and that they don't have access either. I find that very hard to believe. Have you found an answer to this?

    Thank you,

I've been struggle it approx. 30 days and I ask for a refund to GoDaddy but they didn't accept, then I call for Microsoft customer representative and he told me that they couldn't help also because of GoDaddy and Microsoft are different as a bussiness company but I don't give up.

Actually, Microsoft approached more moderately, I'm still in conversation with them by email and still continue for at least "Admin Center" issue,

They (he) searching for to find a solution but when? Who knows!

I will not stop sending email till the end, at least maybe Microsoft hear my voice about this odd situation.

I already did, but as I mentioned the page goes GoDaddy's own admin page not Microsoft 365 admin.

If you have not resolved this problem, Godaddy is considered Federated. Their interface into 365 doesn't allow you to access the Admin console. So, you have to go thru a process of defederating your tenant from Godaddy. At this time, you will have to relicense your office 365 with another vendor such as Pax8. (highly recommend). Godaddy's 365 environment is lacking in many ways.

I'm unable to attach the document with complete instructions.
