I am designing a letterhead in Word. I am wanting to have my header with the logo and contact info to remain only on the first page, but the footer to repeat on each page. How can I do this?

Note: I have Microsoft Word for Mac

For more on setting up your letterhead please see:

Although these were written for Word for Windows, the concepts work fine on a Mac. You may have to find the controls in different locations.
