Hi,

I have read this question on a previous forum, but it didn't help me solve the problem? There is no where that I can change or update the privacy statement on the boom of my form.

I have been to the link below and it doesn't help at all: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/adjust-your-form-or-quiz-settings-in-microsoft-forms-f255a4ba-e03c-4e12-b880-f7e8b62e0665

Can someone please help me?

    Dear Amy,

Thanks for posting in Microsoft community.

Please check this article to see if this method could match your requirement: Organizational Privacy Statement Now Can Be Surfaced with Microsoft Forms

I also tested on my device, you may follow the steps below:

1.In the Microsoft365 admin center(Sign in with tenant admin account), choose Azure Active Directory.

2.Through Azure Active Directory>Properties>Privacy statement URL, fill in the blank with the URL related to your privacy statement.Image

3.Selet Save and in Forms we can see the Privacy and cookies button, this will lead users to the privacy statement page you set earlier.

Hope my suggestions could help you, if the method above doesn't consistent with your scenario, please post back and I'll help you figure out.

Thanks for your cooperation and understanding, have a good day.

    Sincerely,
