Using Office 2016 Professional Plus on 2 (or more) computers

Hi,

I'm trying to figure out whether I could install my Office 2016 Professional Plus on more than one computer. I'm basically asking about 2, but I've actually got 3 here that I'd like to use it on.

Of course I mean I'd like it to be Activated on all computers (ie, not leaving it on limited functionality state).

Thanks

    Hi user15052022,

Thanks for posting in the community.

According to your description, you want to activate and use Office 2016 Professional Plus on multiple devices. If so, if you only purchased one subscription (Office 2016 Professional Plus), you can’t activate and use Office 2016 Professional Plus on multiple devices. To activate Office on another device, you have to uninstall it on the original device.

    For your reference:

Download and install or reinstall Office 2019, Office 2016, or Office 2013

If you still have any concerns, please feel free and come back to share with us.

    Regards,

    George

Generally, perpetual licenses are for one user and one computer.

However, Professional Plus is usually volume license, for which specific rules apply. See https://www.microsoft.com/Licensing/servicecenter/default.aspx.
