    Hi Desmond Pedersen Chen,

    Thank you for the reply.

I also test it on my side with Office 365 Business license, and I don't have Inquire add-in in Excel.

I want to explain that Microsoft 365 has different products, like For Home, For Business, For Enterprise. And for different products, some features are only available for specific products.

Here is an official article: Microsoft 365 and Office 365 plan options - Service Descriptions | Microsoft Docs

AFAIK, currently, there is no similar tool in Excel for Business edition. I’m afraid you may find some 3rd party solutions. Given this situation, I will keep this thread open, so that other members in our community could share their ideas in this thread.

    Thanks for understanding.

    Best regards,

    Jazlyn

    Hi Desmond Pedersen Chen,

Thank you for posting your query in our community.

Per your description, you can't find Inquire add-in in Excel.

From this official article: Turn on the Inquire add-in (microsoft.com), we can know that Inquire is only available in the Office Professional Plus and Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise editions.

I checked it on my side, and it is a built-in add-in from my side. Below is my Office product version: Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise

Given this situation, may I know that whether you have Office Professional Plus or Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise on your device?

    Best regards,

    Jazlyn

    Re: can't load Inquire

The free 'Professional_Compare' workbook has some of the same features as Inquire (compare worksheets cell by cell and data cleaning).

    It also includes additional features.
