Powerpoint Slideshow for Mac

I need to change thee size of the notes screen on my second monitor so I can see other programs I'm running behind it. For example, when I'm running live stream and sharing a presentation in powerpoint, the notes screen is filling the whole screen which means I cannot access the streaming program I'm using behind it. On windows computer I can resize the notes screen and I need to be able to do the same thing on my Mac.

Thanks.

    Dear stephen naylor1,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

As per your description, it seems you would like to have a PowerPoint presenter view (Slideshow) in window mode rather than taking over the enter second monitor with full screen.

Based on my test result, it shows that we can show the presenter view in a window on Windows "OS", but it doesn't work in Office for Mac which means we got the same result as you.

However, if you choose Slide Show>Set Up Slide Show and check Browsed by an individual (window), the presentation will appear in a moveable window instead of taking up the whole screen.

I'm afraid that, there is a feature-limited in PowerPoint for Mac to custom window size for presenter view (Slideshow).

I understand that it would be very convenient to you as Windows platform does. I request you, please send/provided feedback to related PowerPoint development team via PowerPoint app (for your reference: How do I give feedback on Microsoft Office?) or via Microsoft PowerPoint feedbackportal, so that they can get notice about it. Your advice is very important to us.

Your understanding and patience will be highly appreciated. I hope that you are keeping safe and well!

    Sincerely,

    Waqas Muhammad
