How do i hide video preview when recording in powerpoint

Hello i have the latest version of PowerPoint, before the update there was a button that allowed you to turn on and off the camera preview when recording, but it is not there anymore; please help.

    Hello, yes i understand; what i mean is that i want to record myself as in video without having to see it at the bottom of the screen, before the update i could record myself with video without having to see the preview.

    Hi Alex,

    >> Click the Slide Show tab. Select Record Slide Show. On the bottom right of the recording window, there will be a video camera icon. Clicking this icon will disable the camera when recording. Let us know if you need further support on the issue.

    The camera icon to turn off video is normally in the toolbar at the TOP of the recording screen if you have the latest version.
