How do I change MS Zira back to 'female' voice option?

Yesterday, my computer randomly changed Zira's voice to just 'female' voice, which sounded much different than the robotic, monotoned Zira I was used to. I found that I quite enjoyed the 'female' voice much better than Zira's. Today, however, it changed it back to Zira's voice and I just don't think I can go back to using her. How do I change the voice back to 'female' in MS Word? I absolutely cannot go back to using Zira's voice as, to be honest, her voice gets on my nerves and she pronounces words incorrectly - it's almost unbearable.

Right before it changed it back to Zira, there was a pop-up that said something about logging into MS Word, so I pressed 'okay', then it changed. Please, somebody help. I love listening to my stories, but Zira's voice just gets on my nerves way too much...

Yes I have the same issue (but in reverse!) I can only access the 'female' and 'male' voices but I want Zira back. (I find Zira's voice more snappy and helps me get through proof reading faster).

Anyway, the solution Microsoft needs to make is simple. In the below drop down menu, Microsoft needs to make available all of the voice options (Zira as well as female, etc).

    Hello, Shayla Petty

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

May I know if your device is connected to the Internet now? If not, I found a temporary solution, I do not know if it will meet your needs:

    1. Close Read aloud.
    2. Connect the Internet
    3. Highlight the text you want to read.
    4. Select ReviewLanguageLanguageSet Proofing Language.
    5. Choose your language from the menu.
    6. Release Read aloud again.

If this issue keeps bothering you, it is suggested that you send this problem as feedback so that they can hear more of the user's voice. The quickest route to get your comments to our developers’ ears is right from within any Office app. They read customer feedback daily.

From your Office app, go to Help > Feedback.

If your problem still can't be solved, please let me know in time, and I'll keep thinking about a solution.
