What is a Premium Features subscription for? It showed up in my account yesterday.

I just noticed a Premium Features subscription in my account that I didn’t order for $9.99 per month. What is this for and how to cancel with zero costs involved. I tried calling Microsoft but it says all billing issues are handled online and hangs up. How does anyone talk to a customer agent at Microsoft? Thanks

    I wonder if it is an XBox game charge of some sort. There are no Office charges that are $9.99 per year.

    Unfortunately the description of charges from MS are consistently vague, "better" for MS.

    You will have to jump through the hoops Hilla suggested to contact "new & (dis)improved" MS Phone support.

    Since you have a 365 subscription you are PAYING for PHONE support, so don't let them give you the excuse they can't support you. A few people have reported that happening to them

    You have subscribed to Office 365 and $9.99 is the monthly subscription, you may have done this when you activated a pre-installed Office 365 Family trial and in doing so provided your bank, cc details

    Hi,

    I already have a 365 account and it's good until December of this year. I tried to cancel the Premium Features and it said it was a once a year charge. Still have no idea what it's for.

    You can speak to an MS agent by following the steps below:

    Open the link below in a Private Browser Window

    On the page that opens, follow the steps below:

    1. Enter your problem and click <Get Help>
    2. Click <Login and Contact Support > at the bottom of the page
    3. Log in with your Microsoft account
    4. Under Products and Services, select the <Microsoft 365 and Office> option.
    5. Under Category, select <Manage Subscription> and confirm.
    6. Click "Chat with a support agent in your browser" and follow the onscreen instructions.
    7. An agent will help you shortly.

    → Refunds are usually processed within 3-5 days.
