I lost access to two-factor authentication app and cannot log in to my organization

Good afternoon, I come with a request because I have no way to access the Azure account where we have our organization.

The reason for this is that we have access to this organization by two people and we had the unfortunate event that we lost access to the mobile application from where we extract the double authentication code.

In the case of my colleague, it was because his mobile phone broke down and in my case it was because I changed my mobile phone and the authentication application did not migrate correctly.

Is there any way to recover the account? At the same time, we are having a payment error with the assigned payment method, so if we do not log in to the account, it will be disabled and will take out of service an application that we have in production today.

Please, if you can give us a solution to this unforeseen and big problem we will be grateful.

Regards!

    @Diego Zimmerman
    Thank you for your post!

    Since this is a locked-out scenario and you aren't able to login due to losing access to your authenticator App, I'd recommend reaching out to our Global Customer Service team, or as mentioned by @Anonymous , you can contact the Azure Data Protection team for further assistance - (866-807-5850).

    For future reference, I'd also recommend creating and managing an emergency access account in Azure AD. This account will help prevent being accidentally locked out of your Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) organization because you can't sign in for any reason.

    If you have any other questions, please let me know.
    Thank you for your time and patience throughout this issue.

    If you are the only global admin on the account and are blocked entirely, you can reach out to the Azure Data Protection team to restore access. 866-807-5850
