Outlook.com is a free mail service.

Office Keys are not sold on there own by any legitimate supplier, the supplier may provide a Key but also a Link to either install Office or 'Get Office'

So from whom did you purchase and how much did you pay for what Office version?

    Hello Sue S,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

I am a Microsoft user, I hope you are doing well?

Outlook is one of the apps that comes with Office suite; activate Office with the key.

To set up Outlook with your Microsoft account:

    1. Search and open Outlook.
    2. Select File and click Add Account. If you haven't launched Outlook before, you'll see a welcome screen.
    3. Enter your email address and select Connect. If your screen looks different, enter your name, email address, and password, and select Next.
    4. If prompted, enter your password and select OK.
    5. Select Finish.
