my settings screen does not have Personal Preferences as an option what's going on?

Hi there,

Trying to do a few things today seems everyone is against me. I have no access to personal preferences on my windows 10 when did they take that option away?

Microsoft 365 and Office | Install, redeem, activate | Other | Other

    Are you trying to modify the the display settings from the options? Could you please share the screen shot to understand the issue better.

    Try to do a safe reboot the machine. You can start Safe Mode using the F8 key during start up. Install the latest updates, select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update , and then select Check for updates. If updates are available, install them. ms-settings:windowsupdate?activationSource=SMC-IA-4028685
