HI there

I need to anchor text in a form I am developing in word. The help tab says to add the "object anchors" option but I can not find where I now use the anchor.

If you are setting up a form, use table cells. For an overview of this and other possibilities, see http://wordfaqs.ssbarnhill.com/LinesInForms.htm.

Even if you are setting up a form using form fields or content controls, using a table for positioning will be a good idea.

Text, in Word, is not an "object," it is text.

What, exactly, do you mean by anchor text? What are you trying to accomplish by doing this?
