In Excel, click File>Open, browse to the location where PDF is stored, in the Open window, select All Files from the drop-down (shown in the screenshot below), this will make all the files in the folder visible, select the PDF and click Open.

It will show a warning “The file format and extension of “xxxx.PDF” does not match. The file could be corrupted or unsafe. Unless you trust its source, don’t open it. Do you want to open it anyway”, say Yes to the message. It will then show “Text import Wizard”, follow through the wizard.
Important*: The formatting might not appear aligned as it appears in PDF, also the text in PDF might appear grabbled if it is in a font which is not present in Office apps.*
Further, there are some free converters available online that you can consider using, it will give you better result.
