I need to download Office Professional Plus 2019

I need to download Office Professional Plus 2019. I paid for it and have my product key etc. I had to format my drive and lost Office 2019. I'm unable to download it to my laptop. I don't want to use office 365.

I can see that you're experiencing trouble starting the PC again to install Office 2019 Professional plus items. I'll share what I know about setting up office programs on your computer once more.

  1. Install Office packages from the Official Microsoft website.

a. Go to www.office.com/setup b. Sign in with your Microsoft account and enter the product key. c. Download and install the packages associated with the product key.

You will be good.

  1. If the issue persists, click the link below to download the official version of Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2019:

http://officecdn.microsoft.com/pr/492350f6-3a01-4f97-b9c0-c7c6ddf67d60/media/en-us/ProPlus2019Retail.img

If it says harms your device, click Keep.

a. Sign in with your Microsoft account or use the product key to activate the office.

You will be good!

    If you purchased Office Professional Plus 2013/2016/2019, Office Home & Business for Mac 2016/2019, Visio Professional 2013/2016/2019, or Project Professional 2013/2016/2019 prior to November 30, 2018, use the field above to request your installation information and product key(s). To do so, enter the work email address you previously used to make a purchase. Once submitted, we’ll confirm your purchase and send your installation link and product key to the email address you entered. Please note that you must still work at the same company from which you received the Home Use Program (now Microsoft Workplace Discount Program) discount.

    If you purchased from the Home Use Program after November 30, 2018, you can access your order history for those products on the Microsoft account, Services & subscriptions page where you’ll sign in with the Microsoft account used to complete your purchase (not your work email).

    You should be able to install from your associated account at https://account.microsoft.com/services.

    Activation may not always work for a re-installation of perpetual licenses. In that case, try the appropriate phone number from the article at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/-telephone-activation-is-no-longer-supported-for-your-product-error-when-activating-office-9b016cd2-0811-4cb3-b896-5a6a13177713.
