Where did all my words go in Microsoft Word Document I was typing????

After typing a few pages, I began to insert pictures. Now everything is gone. Only a blank page but states there are still 830 words on the document. I cant scroll, I cant type, i cant left click. I can still access the font settings, color, insert, etc. Undo button is clickable but nothing happens.

    The text could be formatted in white color. Are you able to select the content although you can't see it? Try Ctrl+A. If something becomes selected, try changing the text color in the Font dialog box (Ctrl+D).

    Try switching to Web Layout view to see if you see the content there.

    Could you please try saving the file and try to open in safe mode?

    1. Close all Office applications.
    2. Sign-out of your Office account.
    3. Do a safe reboot. You can start Safe Mode using the F8 key during start up.

    5. Try word in safe mode and check the behavior
