Hello Dears..

I know and need to understand difference in Personal and Family subscription and best for Family of 4

Microsoft 365 and Office | Subscription, account, billing | For home | MacOS

    Does each family member have their own computer? If so, go with Family,

    Personal is good for one user - Family is for up to 6 family members. Each family members gets their own onedrive account & outlook.com account.

    Each person (1 for personal and 6 for family) can license office on up to 5 computers and use it on phones or tablets.

    If all 4 family members share one computer, you could get by with personal, but everyone will share onedrive.
