    There is no automatic way to do this. You will have to press the SpaceBar twice between each word.

    For existing text, use the Find & Replace dialog box (Ctrl+H) and choose to replace two spaces with one.

    Hi John Black,

    I would refer you to Stefan's post if you are referring to double space in that regard.

    However, if you mean double space between the lines between words, you would do so in Word by going on the "Home" tab, then under the "Paragraph" section, there is an icon for "Line and Paragraph Spacing". There you are able to choose "2.0" or doubled-space.
