How do I use Bookings to find a common meeting time for multiple people?

I've spent some time setting up Bookings for Microsoft.

It's great in many ways but I'm unsure how to set up a service to find a unified meeting time for multiple people. This would save a lot of time and would help customer-facing roles meeting with several people at once.

Is there a way to set up Bookings for this?
