Processes in Microsoft 365 for setting up Office apps, redeeming product keys, and activating licenses.
Hi Aria
I'm Anna and I'd be happy to help you with your question. In this Forum, we are Microsoft consumers just like yourself.
Sorry for the trouble this might have caused, I will be asking a few questions and then providing answers along the way.
1.What version of Office do you have? https://support.microsoft.com/article/d21c5935-40b1-b117-122d-5e5f05a1a263
Actually you could open OFT files using Outlook, except you have the Office Home and Student version which does not include Outlook
Viewing OFT Files
Open Microsoft Outlook. Click on the "New" group on the Home tab, then click on "New Items." Click on "More Items," followed by "Choose Form." Click on "Look in," then select "User Templates in File System." Select the OFT file you wish to view. Click "Open" to view the OFT file.

Note: This is a non-Microsoft website. The page seems to provide accurate and reliable information. Beware of advertisements on the site that may advertise products frequently classified as PUPs (potentially unwanted products). Do thorough research on any product advertised on the site before downloading and installing it.
I hope this helps ;-), let me know if this is contrary to what you need, I would still be helpful to answer more of your questions.
Best Regards,
Anna
