In PowerPoint, how to you get bullet points to appear one at a time retrospectively, ie you've already written the list. Thanks!

Any thoughts on the above question would be great... We've all been there: we write out a list and then forget we should've started the list by applying the animation function, then have to painstakingly go through each one, one at a time (because if you select them all then they all appear together)... Surely there's a way of selecting them all and having them come in individually!?

There are (at least) two ways.

    1. Select the placeholder the list is in (NOT the text) and apply the animation. They will appear one by one.

    1. Select all the text and add animation. Then open the animation pane and select all the animation and select ON CLICK.
