Lock columns width/row height

Hello humans,

I can't find anything that allows me to define the column width or row height and lock it.

I typically have a data page with all sorts of tables, and I put a blank column in between each table. I could also make use of this to define a row at a specific height

Defining what width/height those columns/rows are allows one to still use the auto width/height button across the entire sheet without losing that setting.

I would have thought this could be done in cell styles or something...

Does this formatting criteria exist anywhere in anyway?

Thanks for your time!
