I do not get the verification code for the vault this week for both email way or phone SMS way. Just like the request of verification code never happen

Can someone help how I can get the verification code for the the Personal Vault. It used to work but not anymore.

This can be scary as I put extra layer of protection for the file in the vault but end up that is the one I have no access.

Please help.

    Thank you for the response. I have Two Steps verification turned on. But I am running this on Chrome browser on a MacBook. So the Windows command is not applicable. Is there something else I can do?

    Could you please verify whether whether the two-step verification is on from you Microsoft account?

    1. Go to Security settings and sign in with your Microsoft account. - http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=529561
    2. Under the Two-step verification section, choose Set up two-step verification to turn it on

    Try to reset OneDrive. • Press the Windows key and R to open the Run dialog box, enter wsreset.exe, then select OK. • A blank Command Prompt window will open, and after about ten seconds the window will close. You can close the Microsoft Store window. • If OneDrive is still not syncing, press the Windows key and R again. • Copy this and paste it into the dialog window, then press OK. a. %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset b. If you see a "Windows cannot find..." message, copy and paste this instead, then press OK. C:\Program Files\Microsoft OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset c. If you see a "Windows cannot find..." message, copy and paste this instead, then press OK. C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset • Manually restart OneDrive by going to Start, type OneDrive in the search box, and then click on the OneDrive desktop app.

    Regarding verification code issue, there are possibilities that you are experiencing intermittent issue due to the recent rapid growth of office services uses that causes system overload and service degradation. You can report this bug to dedicated OneDrive support team by following these steps: In your OneDrive app > click on Files > choose Help & Feedback > select Ask for Help. Type your query and click Send.
