    Hello

    I am Prakash and I will be glad to assist you today with your question.

    1. Type or paste the following into File Explorer address bar then press Enter %appdata%\Microsoft\Outlook
    2. Open file explorer to the folder where the OutlPrnt file is stored. Delete or Rename it .
    3. Outlook will recreate it using the default settings.

    Are you seeing an error message?

    Does it only happen when you try to print from Publisher (= the category in which you have posted)?
