is it possible to ONLY store photos and files on OneDrive and not on my laptop? Ive moved a load of photos from an old external drive to my onedrive folder on file explorer - they are in onedrive as i can access on other devices, but they seem to also be taking up memory on my laptop?

    Hello Tommy-Q,

Thank you for coming to the forum and I will be happy to assist in the best way I can.

One drive has cloud only settings, you can Right-click a file or folder and Select Always keep on this device or Free up space.. See the link below for steps on how to do that. Select the drop down: How to Free Up Space

Please allow the sync to show complete before disconnecting from the internet.

I kindly await a reply for a follow-up or if there is anything else you need.

If none, have a wonderful rest of your day.

    Kind Regards Fuad
