    Dear Kesai Riddick,

Good day! Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

As per your description, please don’t worry, we can work together to narrow down and resolve the situation.

Do you want to enter dates of a year that occurs only on Monday and Wednesday and show staggered dates?

If yes, you may try following 2 methods:

    Method 1:

    In cell A1, enter 1/3/2022

    In cell A2, enter 1/5/2022

In cell A3, enter formula =A1+7

In cell A4, enter formula =A2+7

Then in cell A3, drag the formula down, you will get result as below:

    Method 2:

    1. In cell A1, enter 1/3/2022 (the first Monday of year 2022), then go to Home tab> Fill>Series> choose Columns, Step value: 7 and Stop value: 12/31/2022, click OK. You will get all dates for Monday.

In cell B1, enter 1/5/2022 (the first Wednesday of year 2022), go to Home tab> Fill>Series> choose Columns, Step value: 7 and Stop value: 12/31/2022, click OK. You will get all dates for Wednesday.
