Hello, I'm Diane, an M365 Apps & Services MVP specializing in Outlook.

The previous instructions were for Windows, not Mac.

Who is your email provider? What type of email account do you have configured in Outlook? POP, IMAP, Outlook.com, or Microsoft Exchange? If IMAP, was it added an Exchange sync account?

Outlook calendar (and contacts) will only sync with iPhone if you use a Microsoft Exchange account (or use Windows and the iCloud addin - which leaves you out).

If you use Gmail, iCloud, yahoo - the account should be added as Microsoft sync account and calendar & contacts will sync between outlook and your server using Microsoft cloud.

Other account types will not sync between outlook and the phone unless you use a sync utility (I don't know if there are any for outlook on mac).

Hello, Greetings for the day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you. Synchronization of calendars between Outlook and your Apple iPhone or iPod touch requires Apple iTunes. You can configure which items are synchronized during a one-time set up process. Please follow below steps to Sync your Outlook calendar with your iOS device 1. Connect your iPhone or iPod touch to your computer using the cable provided with your device or by placing the iPhone or iPod touch in the Apple Universal Dock. 2. iTunes opens automatically when connected to your computer. 3. In iTunes, in the source list, under Devices, click the entry for your iPhone or iPod touch. 4. Click the Info tab. 5. Under Calendars, click Sync calendars from, and then click Outlook. 6. Do one of the following: # To synchronize all calendars, click All calendars. # To limit the calendars that are synchronized, click Selected calendars, and then click the calendars you want to synchronize. 7. Click Apply. Please find the details below - https://support.microsoft.com/office/be7a12eb-fe76-4346-ae13-b54249db7f9c Hope this information would be useful to you. Thanks. However, Apple discontinued iTunes awhile ago. With Mac Monterey, iPhone opens in Finder with none of the options above are available. However, I think I have got a workaround in downloading the Office App and trying this for both the phone and desktop. However, Outlook calendar in mac and phone in Outlook (park of Office app) don't sync. Emails do.
