I have ran windows updates to include updates for Microsoft products but the office version is still the same. even though I updated to windows 11 then also not working due to the IMAP and POP services has stopped so need to resolve as soon as possible

    Dear Chaitanya,

    Thank you for the reply.

Generally, the format of the version number for Office 365 is 16.0.XXXXX.XXXXX(5 digits). However, yours is 16.0.XXXX.XXXX(4 digits), and I can't find your detailed version number in the official article: Update history for Microsoft 365 Apps (listed by date) - Office release notes | Microsoft Learn

Could you please provide screenshots of where and how you get those version numbers?

    Sincerely,
