I didn't make myself clear. My worksheet is not filling the entire page. I want it to fill the entire page.

Hi Jane. I am an Excel user like you.

If you go to the Print Preview screen, you can select the last Settings option for scaling and select "Custom Scaling Options". In the Page Setup window on the Page tab select "Adjust to:" and set the percent size so that your document covers the amount of the page that you want.

    Hi Jane H,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I am Blessing, an independent advisor here and a Microsoft user like you.

I understand you are looking to make Excel print a worksheet on one entire page.

Please understand that by scaling your worksheet for printing, you can make your data fit to one page using the Page Setup option in the Page Layout tab.

You can shrink a worksheet to fit on one entire page:

    1. Click Page Layout. Click the small Dialog Box Launcher on the bottom right. This opens up the Page Setup dialog box.
    2. Select the Page tab in the Page Setup dialog box.
    3. Select Fit to under Scaling.
    4. To fit your document to print on one page, choose 1 page(s) wide by 1 tall in the Fit to boxes.

Note: Excel will shrink your data to fit on the number of pages specified. You can also adjust the Fit to numbers to print to multiple pages.

    1. Press OK at the bottom of the Page Setup dialog box.
