    These symbols don't appear in every font, but when they do, they will be in the Miscellaneous Symbols character subset, at U2660, U2663, U2665, and U2666. You can try typing, say, 2660 and pressing Alt+X to get the spade. It will be inserted in some font where it is available.

    Here is a temporary link to a document from which, if you wish, you can create AutoCorrect or AutoText entries for these so you can have the Hearts and Diamonds in color. There is more in that thread on creating the AutoCorrect or AutoText.

    If you mean the suits, there are unicode symbols for them.
