    Dear Aryan,

Good day! Thanks for posting in the community. We are happy to help you.

According to your description, to troubleshoot the situation, I would like to collect more information.

    1. Are you able to access OneDrive for Web (go to www.office.com and click the OneDrive icon) and sign in to your account?
    2. If you can use your education account to access OneDrive for Web, please check if you can sign into another account, like a Microsoft account (personal account), in the OneDrive client.

If your education account can access OneDrive for Web and you can sign into your personal account in the OneDrive client, please try the following steps, then check again.

    1. Please quit OneDrive and remove the credentials

Type Credential Manager in the Windows search box, click Windows Credentials, find all related Office/OneDrive credentials, and select remove.

    1. Please remove all folders in the Settings folder

    Go to C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Microsoft\OneDrive\settings

    1. Please add the education account to your device via Windows settings> Accounts> Access work or school> add your education account. If your education account has already been added, please remove the accounts other than the education account.
    2. Please run OneDrive and check again.

Also, based on my test, here is a thread where members discussed a similar situation. Please try ShojiVR's reply on July 21, 2022. Check if it helps or not.

We look forward to your response. Thanks for your cooperation.

    Sincerely,

    George | Microsoft Community Moderator
