    Hi Bruno,

My name is Frida and thanks for posting this issue on our community.

According to description, it seems that one of your app on your pc keeps you ask you to sign in your work account. Could you please try to clear all your accounts related to M365 and OneDrive in control panel and see if issue can be resolved?

    Image

If not, may I confirm some more information for further troubleshooting?

    1. Do you know which app asks you to sign in your work account? Microsoft OneDrive?
    2. Is your computer a domain joined machine?

I am looking forward to your reply.

    Thanks,

    Gracias

    Hi Bruno,

    Thanks for your update!

As far as I know, Microsoft.SharePoint.exe is most likely an installer file for SharePoint and when you sync SharePoint site document library to your local PC using OneDrive app and it will run as a background. Therfore, you can see it in task manager.

You can try clearing it in registry:

    1. Run regedit as administrator.
    2. From Registry Editor, browse to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Identity
    3. Delete the Identity folder.
    4. Open OneDrive for Business to continue syncing.
    5. Reset OneDrive again to check if it will help.

If you have any further concern, please feel free to reach me.

    Best Regards,

    Hello Frida,

Thanks for your answer. I clear up all the credentials related to Microsoft and restart the pc but the notification still appears.

    1. Do you know which app asks you to sign into your work account? Microsoft OneDrive? I think is OneDrive because I don't know if SharePoint is installed.
    2. Is your computer a domain-joined machine? No. It's my personal computer.

Do you know how can uninstall Microsoft SharePoint? It doesn't appear in the application tab but I think is installed.

In the windows start I can see it
