My company no longer has a license with Office 365. I am trying to print a Power Point they sent me but it won't print. I purchased Office 365 for my home PC. How can I send the powerpoint to my home pc, then save it and print it? I should be able to since I have purchased this. THis happens with Power Point and Word

    Hi Romy

I'm AnnaThomas and I'd be happy to help you with your question. In this Forum, we are Microsoft consumers just like yourself.

To print a document from PowerPoint or Word, you can follow these steps:

If you have Office 365 installed on your home PC, you can save the PowerPoint or Word document to OneDrive or another cloud storage service, such as Google Drive or Dropbox. Alternatively, you can email the file to yourself.

Open the saved document on your home PC by opening PowerPoint or Word and selecting "Open" from the File menu. Navigate to the location where you saved the document and select it.

Once the document is open, select "File" from the menu and then "Print." This will open the Print dialog box.

In the Print dialog box, select the printer you want to use to print the document.

Adjust any printing options, such as the number of copies, page range, and double-sided printing, as needed.

Click the "Print" button to send the document to the printer.

I hope this helps ;-), let me know if this is contrary to what you need, I would still be helpful to answer more of your questions.

    Best Regards,

    AnnaThomas
