    Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

    As per your description, the short answer to your question is "No". Microsoft Project works only on Windows systems. The only way you can use MS Project from your iPad would be to use one of the several remote-control apps to take control of a Windows system that has Project installed on it.
