How to separate names in Excel

So, I have a column of data(Full Name) but they have been listed interchangeably(first and last and then last and first name). What I want to happen is separate the Full Name(but were listed interchangeably) into two separate columns which are th First Name and Last Name columns.

How do I fix it? Please see attached photo for the data that I am referring to.
