Excel: Erro ao obter dados do Sharepoint

Olá a todos,

Estou com um problema ao escolher a opção de obter dados da Web para planilhas dentro do sharepoint (utilizando excel desktop).

Em Dados > Obter Dados > Da Web > Opção "Básico" > Link do excel localizado no Sharepoint  > Ok ( https://prnt.sc/QUrVKWErldQz )

Seleciono a aba "conta organizacional", onde consta que não estou conectado. Com isso, clico em "entrar" e faço o login com a minhas credenciais. https://prnt.sc/DEA3buaijgL3 

Obs.: Meu usuário é o admin da organização.

Ao clicar em conectar, obtenho o seguinte erro: "Não foi possível autenticar com as credenciais fornecidas. Tente novamente" https://prnt.sc/oWOevrp-Wagr 

Também já tentei através da web, em Power Apps > Metaverse realizar conexões, mas o erro persiste.

    To connect to Excel that is located under Documents of SharePoint online site, please use the URL below.

    https://xxxxx.sharepoint.com/sites/<sitename>/Shared%20Documents/<Yourexcename>.xlsx

    To connect to Excel that is located under a folder in SharePoint online Documents, please use the URL below.

    https://xxxxx.sharepoint.com/sites/<sitename>/Shared%20Documents/<Foldername>/<Yourexcename>.xlsx

    1.To create a SharePoint Folder query go to the Data tab ➜ select Get Data ➜ choose From File ➜ choose From SharePoint Folder.

    2.Click transform data

    3.Filter on the Folder Path column to the desired folder. Then further filter on any file Name or Extension to get exactly the files you want.

    4.When only the files you want to import and combine are left, click on the Combine Files toggle in the Content column heading.

    Following your steps and the guide, my desktop Excel (last version) doesn't have the options you mention:

    Additionally, I don't want to import a Sharepoint List, but an excel from sharepoint.
