    Hi Saming,

It seems your company IT has enabled controlled folder access by using one of these methods,

    • Microsoft Endpoint Manager
    • Mobile Device Management (MDM)
    • Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
    • Group Policy

Reference: Enable controlled folder access | Microsoft Learn

As GroverParkGeorge said, to turn off the function, you will need to reach to your company IT if you don't want to have it. There is nothing you can do on your PC to disable it.

The name of this forum, "Access", refers to the Office application, Access. It is used to create relational database applications. Participants know a lot about relational databases.

However, your problem sounds like something you need to address with your own IT department. Try that.
