Dear jenkuhns,
Greetings! Thank you for posting in the Microsoft forum.
May I know from you have started creating the form? The starting point of your form or quiz determines whether it is public or private. The forms/quiz you create in your OneDrive for business and Microsoft Formsare private unless you share with others explicitly. The forms that are accessible by other users are the ones that you create under My groups.
For example, from the Office 365 portal, if you click Forms tab from app launcher, you land on this page https://www.office.com/launch/forms?auth=2. Here you see all the forms that are created, under the form/quiz name, you will notice either it will show your name or site name. The ones that are showing your names are your personal forms (these forms are not accessible by anybody else if you haven’t shared explicitly) and the ones that are showing site name are shared forms and are accessible with all the members of the said site.
Now, based on this you can determine which is private and which is shared.
Besides, in case you have created a group form, they will remain in the group and are accessible to all the members of the site, you can’t change the ownership of the form. You can transfer a form or quiz that your created in your own account to a group but you can’t move them back.
If you need any help, let us know. We will look forward to your reply. We appreciate your understanding and co-operation. Have a nice day. Stay safe and stay healthy.
Sincerely,
