    Dear Tom,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

Per the description shared, I would like to summarize your concern i.e., you are using the OneNote application the Note Air 2 Plus device, and when you use your account provided by your organization, the account is not recognized.

If my understanding is correct, since the Note Air 2 Plus is using the Android OS, the OneNote app used on the device is a OneNote Mobile app and I would like to know whether you are encountering the same problem when you try to sign in the other Office apps such as Word or Excel?

In addition, if you clear the App Data of the OneNote application (Hard click on the OneNote app> App Info> Clear All Data) and try to sign in with your organization account, can you try to access it without any issue?

At last, do other users in your organization face similar issues with the OneNote app used on Mobile Devices?

We look forward to your response. Thanks for your cooperation.

    Sincerely,

    Mia | Microsoft Community Moderator
