Can i legally use microsoft office software which i'll buy in Russia

Hello!
As we know, Russia now is under sanction list and Microsoft leave from Russian market, but here's still can buy a license key from retailers, so i have a questions:

  1. If i will buy software from this guys is it will be a legal?
  2. Could be any problems on the Europe territory about this license key if i will visit the Europe countries?

    Thank you for writing to the Microsoft Answer Community Forum. I am Shakiru, an independent advisor and a user like you, and I am glad to be helping you out today.

    I will suggest the following:

    1. Do not purchase any License key from any retailers right from Russia since Russia is still under sanction.
    2. I do not think there is a problem purchasing outside Russia, you may purchase the Microsoft Office License once in the European Domain that is not under the sanction. However, you will have to purchase the license key for the Product in that country and install it in that country for functionality setting the region and time on your PC to confirm with that country's local time during the installation.
