Hi,
I'm Sneha and I'd be happy to help you out with your question. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
If you're not seeing the Presenter View even after selecting the option, it's possible that your computer might not support this feature or that there might be an issue with your PowerPoint installation. However, you don't necessarily need a second monitor to use Presenter View.
Here's what you can try:
- Try updating your PowerPoint to the latest version to ensure that you have the most recent features and bug fixes.
- Check if your computer meets the minimum system requirements for Presenter View. You can find the system requirements on Microsoft's website.
- Check if you have multiple displays enabled on your computer. If you do, try disabling the additional displays, and then check if Presenter View works.
- Try using the Alt+F5 shortcut again, but make sure that you are in Slide Show mode when you press it.
- If none of the above steps work, you can try using Presenter View on a different computer or device to see if the issue is with your current setup.
If you still can't get Presenter View to work, there are other ways to view your notes and the next slide while presenting. For example, you can print out your notes or use a separate device to view them. Alternatively, you can display the next slide on your screen by placing it next to the current slide and hiding it when you're not ready to show it yet.
If you have any other questions or need assistance with anything, please don't hesitate to let me know. I'm here to help to the best of my ability.
