You can create a business card template using the Mailings tab. In the Create group, click on the Labels button. Click on Options and select a format i.e. 8859 Clean Edge Business Cards. Click on OK, then on New Document. Word will create a document with a borderless table. Each table cell is the size of one business card. Format one cell as you would like to see your business card, then copy and paste that content to the other cells.

You can find lots of Microsoft pages on creating business cards by searching on business card template site:microsoft.com.

You only get one opportunity to make a first impression. I urge you to use a commercial printer to create your cards.
