    Hi,

I'm Sneha and I'd be happy to help you out with your question. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

You can backup all your Office 365 data, including Outlook email accounts and calendar, by following these steps:

    1. Go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings.
    2. Select the email account you want to backup, then click “Export”.
    3. Follow the steps in the Import and Export Wizard to backup your email account to a .pst file.
    4. Repeat the steps for each email account you have.
    5. For the calendar, you can export it to an iCalendar file (.ics) by going to File > Save As > iCalendar.

Note: You should save the backed up .pst and .ics files to an external device, such as a USB drive, to ensure you have a copy after you reinstall Windows.
