Where can I download MS Office Professional Plus 2010?

Hi, I purchased Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010 back in 2012 through the MS Home Use Program. I also purchased Visio and Project at the same time. I received my product keys and download links for each via email. I recently had a harddrive die and lost my installation of these. MS support for these has stopped and they have removed download links for the software.

I was able to get an MS customer support rep to point me to downloads for my versions of Visio and Project, and I was able to successfully install and activate those via my products keys. However, the one they directed me to for my version of Office, did not work - it gives me an error message when trying to enter my product key "Sorry, this isn't a Microsoft Office 2010 product key. You may be entering a product key from another version of Office." I am certain I've entered the product key correctly - I've had my wife enter it, watch me enter it, etc.

Hovering over the download link in my email provides "x17-75238.exe" and from my search, it appears to be Office 2010 Professional Plus x86 (new SP1).

I've searched on here for this topic, but didn't find much to be helpful. Any thoughts are much appreciated.

Thank you for the reply, Eunice. I recognize that support has ended, but, in my opinion, they should at least have the download available. I understand they want to push people to the subscription model, but I'd hardly call it support just merely letting people download what they bought.

Anyways, I was able to download the x86 version which provided the version "x17-75238.exe" that matches up exactly with my email download link from MS HUP. Thank you very much for finding that. I installed, restarted, and then entered my key, but it is giving me an error message. This time, it is giving me a different error message: "This is not a valid Office Product Key. See above examples to learn more." I've entered it a couple times, had my wife enter, had both of us check that everything matches the key in my email, but still getting an error. I'm very confused and frustrated especially since my keys for Project and Visio (from the same MS HUP email order confirmation) went through seamlessly. Any thoughts on what the issue could be or that I should try next? Thank you
