Seeing work files on my personal laptop.

I sent a file from my work computer via email and opened and saved it on my personal computer. Ever since then I am seeing my company files in my personal computer's recent files folder. How can I make this stop? I've signed out of office for my work and even forgot this device, but the files still appear. Please help.

    Hello Anthony J,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

I am a Microsoft user just like you, I hope you are doing well?

Check if you are signed in OneDrive with your work account on the PC. OneDrive may be syncing your work files on your personal PC.

If you are signed in OneDrive with work account, unlink OneDrive using steps below:

    1. Click the OneDrive cloud icon up in your Menu bar, click the three dots to open the menu, and select Preferences.
    2. Go to the Account tab.
    3. Select Unlink this PC.
