Before you tell me that I’m in the wrong spot please listen to what I have to say. I have a Microsoft work account (******@bettersolutions.info) in Power App that is not working. This is day two and I’ve spent the last 16 hours talking to paid agents and surfing the web to be sent to a login prompt that I must log into using the account that does not work. Microsoft has no tech support email address, so my only recourse is trying to get you to get me to the right department.
Power Apps only allows company or school access to the program and my company address does not work. It keeps telling me that my company address is a personal address and will not let me in and I can’t even delete the account and start over because you have to login to do that. I’ve also tried using my phone number and verification code that you have sent me and does not work
Seeing that we are getting nowhere with this problem would it make sense to just delete ******@bettersolutions.info and then I could rebuild.
I’ve debated about creating a second account and just abandoning this one, but I don’t know if that would cause more problems. Also, I don’t even know if the system will allow me to create a second account with the same domain name.
